Everyone knows that owning property is the beginning of trouble. Magnon and John-Cro are about to discover this principle for themselves...

John-Cro and Magnon are in the cave. John-Cro exclaims: “Home at last!” Magnon: “Wow!”
John-Cro, unimpressed: “However, the interior design is terrible... stalactites have been out of style since the Cretaceous period.” Magnon: “Yeah, and I'd like to knock down a wall to make an open kitchen in the living room, it'll be brighter.”
John-Cro taps on the wall: “Hope it's not a load-bearing wall... Hmm, it's gabbro...”
Suddenly, a bear appears: “Grrrrrr...” John-Cro and Magnon jump up, terrified.
John-Cro and Magnon run out of the cave screaming: “AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!”
