If you, too, have ever wondered, “But why didn’t they use the eagles to carry the One Ring to Mount Doom?”, this comic is for you.

We see two giant eagles in the sky, with two characters sitting on them. One says: “Ah, Mr. Frodo, these giant eagles sure are handy for traveling!” The other: “Yeah! To think Gandalf wanted us to hike all the way through!”
Sam laughs: “Haha, can you imagine? Weeks of struggling along super-dangerous paths!” Frodo laughs too: “Haha, yeah! And look: we’re already arriving in Mordor!”
On the ground, orcs look through a spyglass and shout: “ALERT! INTRUSION! ARCHERS, FIRE! CALL THE NAZGÛLS!”
Flocks of arrows graze the eagles. Frodo and Sam are stunned: “Heeyyy! What the...”
A Nazgûl, riding a winged creature, decapitates the eagle; Frodo is pierced by arrows.
We see Gandalf looking through binoculars and commenting: “I told you this was a sh*tty idea and that they’d both get wasted in no time. The plan was to infiltrate, you fools.
